About the DUALEM 642S
The DUALEM-642S extends the multi-coil concept to greater depth, combining dual-geometry receivers at 2, 4, and 6 m separations to deliver six simultaneous conductivity and six simultaneous susceptibility soundings, plus metal detection, in one pass over the ground.
The wide spread of simultaneous depths makes it well suited to analysing the thickness, conductivity, and susceptibility of layered ground to roughly 9 m depth — useful for near-surface geological mapping, environmental site characterization, and larger-scale precision agriculture work than the shallower DUALEM configurations.
