About the DUALEM 1S
The DUALEM-1S uses dual-geometry receiver coils at a 1 m separation from the transmitter, giving two simultaneous conductivity and susceptibility readings — nominally to about 0.5 m and 1.5 m depth by the standard cumulative-sensitivity convention — in a single pass.
Its compact size and light weight make it well suited to precision agriculture soil mapping, shallow archaeological survey, and small-object metal detection where the larger DUALEM arrays would be unnecessarily bulky.
