DUALEM 21S
A widely cited DUALEM configuration in the archaeological-geophysics literature, combining the 1S and 2S coil geometries in one instrument.
New Refurbished Absolute Certified Surplus
About the DUALEM 21S
The DUALEM-21S combines the 1 m and 2 m transmitter-receiver separations in a single sensor, giving multiple simultaneous depths of conductivity and susceptibility investigation from one walked pass — a configuration extensively evaluated against systems like the EM38DD in published archaeological-geophysics studies.
It is well suited to archaeological prospection and shallow-to-intermediate soil mapping where both fine near-surface resolution and a somewhat deeper reading are wanted from a single survey.
