Zonge GDP-32II
Introduced in 2000, the GDP-32II was Zonge International's multi-function geophysical receiver bridging the original 1993 GDP-32 and today's GDP-32/24 — refining the same multimethod resistivity, IP, and EM acquisition architecture.

About the Zonge GDP-32II
The GDP-32II arrived in 2000 as a refinement of Zonge's original GDP-32 (1993), continuing the GDP family's multi-function design: a single receiver platform supporting DC resistivity, induced polarization, and electromagnetic survey methods, built on the same acquisition heritage Zonge traces back through the GDP-16 and GDP-12. It served as the multi-function receiver of choice for a generation of mineral-exploration and geotechnical field crews before today's GDP-32/24 took over.
Now discontinued, the GDP-32II remains a familiar, well-documented platform for field crews already trained on Zonge's GDP workflow, and a lower-cost alternative to the current GDP-32/24 for surveys that don't need its full channel count.
