About the ABEM (Guideline Geo) Terrameter LS
Terrameter LS introduced ABEM's all-in-one design — transmitter, receiver and electrode switching in one unit — with resistivity, time-domain IP and SP measurement. It replaced the earlier SAS-series meters with external LUND switching and became one of the most common ERT instruments in hydrogeology and engineering geophysics.
Because many units remain in service, the LS is a cost-effective route into multichannel ERT, or a spare/second unit for teams already running ABEM cable systems.
