About the Baty R600
The Baty R600 is the flagship of Baty International's horizontal comparator range, built around a 600mm screen for measuring larger parts or working with higher magnifications while keeping the full profile in view. Automatic edge detection and SPC-capable readout systems reduce operator-to-operator measurement variation compared with a purely manual overlay comparison.
Like the smaller R400, it uses Baty's bayonet-mount interchangeable lens system and can be specified with a range of electronic 2-axis or 3-axis digital readouts, making it a capable bridge between a purely optical comparator and a full CNC vision system.
