About the Deltronic DH-216
The DH-216 is a horizontal-configuration optical comparator with a 16″ (400mm) screen, part of Deltronic's traditional profile-projector lineup alongside the compact DV-114 and larger DV-124/DH-400 models. It uses a bayonet-mount lens system and Deltronic's ESP (Electronic Screen Protractor) for digital angle measurement directly on the projection screen.
A built-in helix stage supports thread and gear-form inspection, making the DH-216 a workhorse for shops doing routine turned-part and thread profile checks. Many units remain in daily use decades after installation and are commonly available on the secondhand and refurbished market.
