About the Geometrics MagArrow II
The MagArrow II is the second generation of Geometrics' drone-enabled magnetometer, packaging the MFAM cesium sensor, GPS, and inertial measurement unit inside a single aerodynamic shell weighing around 1.2 kg. It is designed to be flown beneath a UAV for rapid magnetic survey coverage over terrain that would be slow or difficult to survey on foot.
It suits reconnaissance-scale mineral exploration, UXO screening, and archaeological survey where drone-based coverage offers a significant speed advantage over walking magnetometer surveys.
