About the Geometrics G-828 MFAM
The G-828 MFAM pairs two of Geometrics' MFAM laser-pumped cesium sensor modules in a single system, which can be operated independently as two total-field magnetometers or combined as an intrinsic gradiometer for shallow-target discrimination.
Its high sample rate and low noise floor suit UXO discrimination and archaeological survey where gradiometer configurations are preferred to cancel diurnal drift without a separate base station.
