About the Mahr Perthometer M2
The Perthometer M2 was Mahr's 'universal standard' instrument in the legacy Perthometer range, offering a broader parameter set and more measurement flexibility than the entry-level M1, aimed at general-purpose QC and metrology-lab roughness measurement.
No longer manufactured, Perthometer M2 units are sourced through the used and refurbished market today, and remain capable instruments once serviced and recalibrated by a qualified technician.
