Zeiss CMM Step Gauge
Linear calibration artifact with multiple certified step lengths — used to verify coordinate measuring machine linear accuracy in line with ISO 10360.
New Refurbished Absolute Certified Surplus
About the Zeiss CMM Step Gauge
Step gauges present a series of precisely known lengths along a single bar, allowing a CMM's linear measurement accuracy to be verified across its working volume in one setup — a standard part of the acceptance and periodic-verification testing described in ISO 10360.
Zeiss step gauges are supplied with full calibration certification, making them suitable as either an incoming acceptance-test artifact or an ongoing in-house reference standard for CMM performance verification.
