About the Mitutoyo Quick Vision Hyper Pro
Quick Vision Hyper Pro is positioned at the top of Mitutoyo's QV range, pairing a high-resolution/high-accuracy linear scale with Tracking Auto Focus (TAF) technology that keeps the optics in focus while scanning across a part, sharply reducing cycle time on parts with varying height.
It's aimed at high-volume QC environments — electronics, connectors, precision plastics — where both throughput and repeatability matter, and where a standard QV system's focus-and-settle cycle would slow inspection down.
