About the Mitutoyo Quick Vision Apex
The Quick Vision Apex extends Mitutoyo's QV vision platform with true multisensor capability — vision, touch-trigger probing, and an optional laser sensor share one CNC-controlled stage, so a single program can measure edges optically and reach hidden or high-relief features by touch.
It targets parts that mix simple 2D features with deeper or more complex geometry — connector housings, machined plastics, and mixed sheet-metal/machined assemblies — where a pure vision system would need a second machine to finish the job.
