About the RAMAC/GPR CU-II
The RAMAC/GPR CU-II was MALÅ's flagship GPR control unit before the current ProEx platform, and by the manufacturer's own account was one of the market's most respected GPR control units of its time — the product of tens of thousands of development hours before MALÅ's engineers moved on to design its successor.
Because so many CU-II units were sold over its production life, well-maintained examples remain relatively findable on the used equipment market, making it a practical route to affordable RAMAC-antenna-compatible survey capability for buyers not requiring ProEx's expanded scalability.
