About the IRIS Instruments Elrec Pro
The Elrec Pro is IRIS Instruments' dedicated resistivity and induced-polarization receiver, designed to be paired with a separate high-power transmitter (rather than the all-in-one Syscal architecture) for deeper-penetration or higher-power survey requirements.
This separated receiver/transmitter approach is favoured for larger mineral-exploration IP surveys where much higher transmitter power than a compact all-in-one unit can deliver is needed.
