About the Creaform HandySCAN 700
Launched as a new generation of Creaform's flagship handheld 3D scanner with measurement speed several times faster than its predecessor, the HandySCAN 700 was a significant step in Creaform's scanner lineage before the company introduced the ISO 17025-accredited HandySCAN BLACK series with blue laser technology. It uses the same self-positioning, target-based scanning principle that defines the HandySCAN family, without needing an external tracking arm.
HandySCAN 700 units remain functional and useful for general reverse-engineering and inspection work where the BLACK series' accredited accuracy class isn't strictly required.
